Check your order status
Open the order confirmation or shipping confirmation email sent for your purchase, then use its order-status or tracking link. Tracking updates become available after your shipment is processed by the carrier.
If you used a customer account, you can also sign in to view your orders.
Cannot find your order?
Email support@senschef.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Do not send payment-card details.
